Most roasters in the region ask you to trust that what you're buying is fresh. Kedai Kopi Aman would rather show you — the roast date sits next to every bean, on every page, before you decide to buy.

Our standard

The freshness standard we hold

We don't sell coffee older than [freshness window] from its roast date. Every bag is dated the day it comes off the roaster, and that date is what appears in every listing on this site — not an estimate, not a "roasted recently."

If a bag passes that mark before it sells, it comes off the shelf. That's the standard whether you're buying one bag for home or restocking a wholesale order.
